How will you make an impact? The Director of Project Management provides project leadership across FSD for high-priority, complex and cross-functional initiatives across the business. This role is accountable for overall project portfolio performance including prioritization, resource management, financial achievement and is a liaison for divisional/functional management and other all partners. The Leader will perform continuous analysis and monitoring of the project portfolio to identify and communicate issues, risks and opportunities for improvement to FSD leadership. The Leader will also be responsible for leading cross-functional projects and programs with diverse internal teams ranging from Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Management, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Customer Excellence. The role works closely with the FSD Leadership team, Project Managers, Project Sponsors, Commercial, Finance and all other stakeholders to continually improve project execution and ensure project investments are prioritized, managed and delivered successfully.
