We are seeking a Director, Program (Chief Quantity Surveyor) to join us in our Los-Angeles office. AtkinsRéalis has been providing infrastructure planning, engineering, construction, environmental consulting, urban planning, architecture, and program management services to public and private clients across the United States for more than 50 years. AtkinsRéalis has the depth and breadth of expertise to respond to the most technically challenging and time-critical infrastructure projects and the urgent transition to a low-carbon economy. How will you contribute to the team? · Lead the effective delivery of Quantity Surveying services throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. · Lead or support other team members on complex multi-faceted projects. · Manage the client relationship and service delivery on a project basis in conjunction with other colleagues. · Take the lead, set the pace and monitor all work executed at all stages to ensure that an accurate, professional and quality service is delivered to clients. · Work collaboratively with Atkinsrealis project management, health & safety, building surveying and strategic asset management teams in project delivery. · Lead and manage commercial aspects of commissions and/or projects including governance, fee management activities, internal job costings and resource requirements. · Play a key role in generating repeat business and new business opportunities/market opportunities. · Support lead bid activity, including writing of proposals and other business development activities.
