As the Program Director at Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's programs. You will work closely with our executive team to develop and implement strategic plans to meet our business goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for managing program budgets, ensuring program quality and effectiveness, and leading a team of program managers and coordinators.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's programs, in alignment with overall business goals and objectives
  • Manage program budgets and ensure effective use of resources
  • Monitor program performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and effectiveness
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of program managers and coordinators
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for program growth and expansion
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Prepare and present reports on program performance to executive team and other stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful programs
  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and project management principles
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
