Primary Function of Position: The Director of Program Management Office (PMO) for Sustaining portfolio is responsible to provide strategic direction and oversee the execution of design change programs/projects which may get triggered due to supply chain challenges, cost reduction opportunities, new regulations, or quality improvements. This includes aligning strategic objectives with project execution, developing robust project plans, managing risks/budgets, facilitating communications & escalations to achieve desired outcomes and customer benefits. The Director leads a team of project managers and works across functional leaders to identify resources, responsibilities and ensure timely progress on project milestone, providing portfolio visibility to the organization.
