About The Team CoverMyMeds' Specialty Product Team is looking for a Director, Platform Product Experience to lead the strategy and execution of our integrated healthcare technology platform. Our Specialty Product Team is a collaborative group of innovators focused on end-to-end patient and provider workflows, prior authorization and benefits management, and seamless enrollment experiences. Together with our various business units, the work our Specialty Product Team does ultimately helps people get the medicine they need to live healthier lives. What You'll Do As a Director, Product Management your daily to-dos will shift with business needs, but here's a snapshot of what to expect:

Requirements

Professional degree or equivalent experience. 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience
Product management experience, with familiarity in technical product development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
P&L or financial management experience
Deep understanding of healthcare technology workflows, especially prior authorization, benefits verification, and enrollment processes
Experience leading and developing product management teams

Strategic thinking and ability to set long-term vision for platform experience
Financial acumen, including complex financial analysis and budget planning
Project management and change management expertise
Portfolio capability analysis across multiple product lines
Experience driving adoption and integration of healthcare technology solutions

Responsibilities

Define the vision and strategy for the platform product experience, managing all aspects of the product lifecycle for prior authorization, benefits, and enrollment components
Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering growth and ensuring alignment with business objectives
Own product P&L, ROI, and market penetration for assigned platform components
Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, and cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that drive measurable value for healthcare stakeholders
Establish and manage a strategic roadmap for platform enhancements, focusing on user experience improvements, retention, and market share growth
Provide industry expertise, leveraging competitive intelligence and analytics to inform product strategy and decision-making
Ensure the platform delivers differentiated, measurable value relative to competitors and integrates seamlessly with other CoverMyMeds products
Communicate organizational and functional strategy, translating it into actionable goals for the team and product suite
Manage activities of increased scope and complexity across multiple product lines and stakeholder groups
