Grata is scaling rapidly following a major acquisition, with accelerated product development, international expansion, and new buyer personas. Product marketing sits at the center of this growth - and this role exists to bring structure, clarity, and leadership to a function that has outgrown ad hoc execution. As Director of Product Marketing, you will lead and scale the product marketing function, building the systems, playbooks, and programs to support a high-velocity product roadmap. You’ll manage and develop a small but growing PMM team, own our product messaging platform, and serve as a critical connective layer between Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership. This is a senior, visible role that blends strategy, leadership, and hands-on judgment.
