About The Position

Unity (NYSE: U) is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director, Marketing - AI to lead all marketing efforts, and drive demand and awareness for our AI products. Reporting into the VP, Go to Market, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives, drive product adoption, enhance brand visibility, and keep Unity positioned in the rapidly evolving AI space. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the AI landscape, have experience in Product Marketing or Product Management, and have a proven track record of bringing AI products to market and driving adoption at scale.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
At least eight (8) years of experience in marketing, with at least five (5) years in Product Marketing or Product Management within the technology or AI sector.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive demand and revenue growth.
Strong understanding of AI technologies and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Exceptional writing and content creation skills, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise.
Proficient in digital marketing tactics and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Experience in managing and mentoring marketing teams.

Responsibilities

Acting as a well-rounded Marketing leader, driving an end-to-end Marketing strategy for our Unity AI product, and tying our overall Unity wide AI story together
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with sales and customer success teams.
Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive product awareness, engagement, and demand in the AI sector.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing initiatives and further product development.
Oversee the development of high-quality, relevant content that resonates with target audiences, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and videos.
Leverage thought leadership to establish Unity as a trusted authority in the AI space.
Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and nurturing.
Utilize metrics and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and report on ROI.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Mentor team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
