About The Position

Product Strategy & Ownership Own the product vision and roadmap for VIalto Intelligence (data, analytics, and insights) across the Vialto ecosystem. Translate business objectives into clear product outcomes, ensuring data products deliver measurable value. Define success metrics and KPIs, focusing on insight adoption, decision impact, and business outcomes. Identify and champion opportunities to introduce automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities to enhance insights and reduce manual effort. Manage backlog, prioritisation, and trade-offs across stakeholder demands, data quality, and technical constraints. Ensure data products are built on strong foundations of data quality, governance, and consistency. Contribute to the broader product practice, helping mature discovery methods, data-driven decision-making, and ways of working. 4-6 years of experience in data product management, or a closely related product-led role. Strong passion for data and analytics, with experience delivering data-intensive or insight-driven products. Solid understanding of business objectives and the ability to translate them into meaningful data products. Experience working with complex or regulated data environments (e.g. finance, tax, payroll, HR, or professional services preferred). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences. Experience using modern products, analytics, and collaboration tools, including AI-enabled tools to accelerate outcomes.
