Director Product Manager, Consumer & Patient Engagement
About The Position
Upfront by Health Catalyst is seeking a Director of Product Management, Consumer & Patient Engagement to lead the strategy and execution of products that drive meaningful patient activation, engagement, and outcomes. This role will shape and guide how patients interact with HCAT—from segmentation and targeting through outreach, engagement, and conversion. You will define how data, AI, and patient experience are applied to influence behavior, improve access, and drive measurable clinical and financial outcomes. You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, data, client strategy, and growth, ensuring that insights are translated into real-world engagement and action. The ideal candidate is AI-forward and outcomes-driven, with experience building products that influence behavior at scale and drive adoption across complex healthcare environments.
