Requirements

  • Proven experience leading product teams across multiple products.
  • Deep experience in the ITOps ecosystem with focus on network infrastructure or security management.
  • Proven success delivering AI-enabled product capabilities.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills (customer interviews, surveys, analyst research, internal feedback).
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • MSP market experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, including personalized growth and development plans.
  • Operate effectively in a multi-team Scrum environment, ensuring strong backlog hygiene, clear prioritization, and outcome-driven roadmapping.
  • Manage domain-oriented product portfolios with accountability for performance.
  • Instill a metrics-driven culture by partnering cross-functionally to improve analytics, success metrics, and decision quality.
  • Define a portfolio roadmap aligned to retention and ARR growth targets.
  • Deliver AI-powered capabilities that create meaningful customer value on an accelerated timeline.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities while making disciplined investment decisions.
  • Confidently articulate & defend roadmap to customers, SLT, GTM teams, and Customer Support.
  • Partner closely with customer-facing teams and lead complex customer conversations and escalations when needed.
  • Champion the art of the MVP—balancing speed, quality, and long-term direction.
  • Navigate engineering teams working across varied architectures, understanding technical constraints and delivery trade-offs.
  • Balance new feature development with technical debt reduction, bug management, and support escalations.
