About The Position

At Peloton, we are transforming the way people live healthy, active lives. To support this mission, our internal operations must be as seamless and innovative as our member experience. We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Product Management to join the CIO organization. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role designed for a "builder" who sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology. You will be the primary bridge between the CIO organization and our key corporate functions—including Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, Legal, and Finance. Your mission is to deeply understand their unique challenges, translate them into a unified technology roadmap, and leverage cutting-edge technology—specifically Agentic AI—to drive operational excellence and competitive differentiation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Product Management, Management Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture, with at least 5 years focused on internal enterprise applications
  • Proven experience supporting at least three of the following: Finance (ERP/FP&A), HR (HCM), Supply Chain (PLM/WMS), Marketing (CRM), or Legal
  • Familiarity with major enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Coupa) and a strong understanding of AI/ML deployment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
  • Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation projects that resulted in measurable ROI or significant operational shifts
  • You speak the language of "LTV" with Marketing, "EBITDA" with Finance, and "Talent Pipeline" with HR. You understand how these domains interconnect within a global enterprise
  • While you don't need to write code, you understand modern SaaS architectures, ERP ecosystems, and the technical constraints of integrating disparate enterprise systems
  • You are passionate about the shift from Generative AI to Agentic AI. You understand the potential of autonomous agents to transform middle-office and back-office operations
  • You excel at navigating complex stakeholder environments and can build consensus across different business units with competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a multi-year enterprise product vision that aligns technology investments with the strategic goals of Peloton’s corporate business units
  • Act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders (CFO, CHRO, CMO, etc.), developing a deep understanding of their domains to identify opportunities where technology can drive efficiency or growth
  • Lead the "Next-Gen" internal automation strategy by identifying and implementing Agentic AI use cases. You will move beyond simple chatbots to deploy autonomous agents that can execute complex workflows across Finance, HR, and Supply Chain
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for internal platforms, from initial discovery and requirements gathering to delivery, scaling, and continuous improvement
  • Establish a rigorous framework for prioritizing tech requests, ensuring high-ROI projects are fast-tracked while maintaining a balanced portfolio of "run-the-business" vs. "transform-the-business" initiatives
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Security to ensure enterprise applications are scalable, secure, and user-centric

Benefits

  • Medical, dental and vision insurance
  • Generous paid time off policy
  • Short-term and long-term disability
  • Access to mental health services
  • 401k, tuition reimbursement and student loan paydown plans
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan
  • Fertility and adoption support and up to 18 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Child care and family care discounts
  • Free access to Peloton Digital App and apparel and product discounts
  • Commuter benefits and Citi Bike Discount
  • Pet insurance and so much more!
