We're seeking a future team member for the role of Product Manager to join our People Team organization. This role is located in NYC/Boston. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Strategic thinker and expert in delivery with the ability to know when and where to get into details or when to elevate strategically. Build and maintain strong partnerships with Human Resources, business teams, and other corporate teams to influence cross functional roadmaps. Define the metrics that measure the impact of our product portfolio to drive consistency, prioritization, and experience. Collaborate with UX/Design teams to ensure consistent experience across products. Partner with communications and marketing teams for launch planning and feedback strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 8+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy.
  • Experience owning end to end technical product delivery.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussion for technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working directly with engineers.
  • Experience in experience design methodologies.

  • The base salary for this position is expected to be between $127,000 and $242,250 per year at the commencement of employment.
  • However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
  • This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
