About The Position

The Director of Product Management for the Ethos Design System (EDS) is a strategic leadership role responsible for the operational architecture and business impact of the platform. This leader will bridge the gap between Engineering, UX Design, and Internal Customers, transforming the program from a support function into a strategic platform leader. EDS is the critical path for GE HealthCare software products. As the Director, you ensure that the platform scales reliably to support a growing portfolio from 15 products in 2025 to 35+ in 2026 and over 100 by 2028.
