About the Team As part of the Core HR Experiences Product team, you will: Lead product strategy and delivery covering the Benefits, Compensation, Payroll & HR Services for Capital One associates. You’ll take a broad view of both external, market-leading data, analytics, and Capital One’s enterprise HR priorities to shape an inspiring multi-year vision and roadmap for our Core HR products. Lead a team of world-class product managers who will continually raise the bar on what good looks like across product strategy and roadmap development, design, documentation, testing, and monitoring. Partner with a broad range of stakeholders across business, technology, design, and the enterprise to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers while maintaining a holistic view of tradeoffs and risks. Collaborate with peers leading data and platform initiatives across the enterprise to ensure continual knowledge sharing and feedback loops to drive innovation and minimize arbitrary uniqueness.
