About The Position
Director, Product Management (RevOps) - Capital One Software (Remote) Ever since our first credit card customer in 1994, Capital One has recognized that technology and data can enable even large companies to be innovative and personalized. As one of the first large enterprises to go all-in on the public cloud, Capital One needed to build cloud and data management tools that didn’t exist in the marketplace to enable us to operate at scale in the cloud. Through this journey, we've developed a suite of internal solutions uniquely designed to meet the challenges of a digital-first, cloud-first business at scale. We also recognize that many other businesses are facing similar data management needs as they accelerate their cloud and data journeys, and are exploring how best to bring some of the tools to market as enterprise B2B software solutions. And in 2022, we publicly announced Capital One Software and brought our first B2B software solution, Slingshot, to market, followed by Databolt in 2025. Capital One Software is seeking a Director of Product Management who is passionate about marrying innovation with emerging technologies. As a Capital One Director of Product Management, you'll be responsible for managing the end to end Salesforce roadmap while on the forefront of driving a major transformation in Capital One Software involving our MarTech Stack and Service Cloud capabilities What you’ll do: Capital One Product Framework In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management: Human Centered - Obsesses about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions Business Focused - Delivers game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence Technology Driven - Leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term value Integrated Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks Transformational Leadership - Leads cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management
Nice To Haves
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
- Certified Service Cloud Consultant or Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
