Technology and a rapid test-and-learn methodology are applied to nearly all of our business challenges. The team has a flat organizational structure that emphasizes clear ownership, small teams, and leverage through technology. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team to improve and integrate new product and revenue opportunities with our merchant partners, and drive cross-functional execution within Shopping. Role Description: In this role, you will be a key driver of business growth - owning all aspects of the team, technology, and tooling that onboards and activates merchant relationships across Shopping’s suite of product experiences:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in Digital Product Management
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis
  • At least 5 years experience working with SQL
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice To Haves

  • At least 8+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
  • At least 8+ years of experience in a high growth/startup technology environment, strategy consulting, or investment banking
  • At least 8+ years of experience working directly with software engineering departments to build tooling and processes to support and scale new product experiences

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with engineering in an individual contributor and cross-functional leadership capacity to design and build optimized consumer incentive and reward experiences
  • Manage the day-to-day operations and engineering execution of directly owned and supporting teams to iteratively launch and test new experiences
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, exhibiting data and market backed judgment from ideation through to launch
  • Own the business case, prioritization, and monitoring for the product experiences under your purview, building a suite of operational reports and models using SQL, Excel, and financial modeling to drive optimal investment decisions
