Position Overview We’re searching for a Director, Product Management to join our Digital Payments team in hybrid location from either our Chicago, Salt Lake City or Toronto office. What You’ll Do Lead People & Product Organizations Recruit, retain, and develop high performing Product Management leaders and ICs. Coach leaders to reach their full potential, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and collaboration. Identify current and future talent and skill needs and implement plans to scale team capabilities across the portfolio. Establish clear goals that align teams around delivering highvalue, highquality, and highimpact enterprise solutions. Own Strategy, Planning & Portfolio Management Own the product strategy and roadmap for an entire product line or portfolio, ensuring alignment with company and business unit vision and objectives. Partner closely with Technology, UX, Marketing, and GTM leaders to define priorities, commitments, and sequencing. Make informed tradeoff and prioritization decisions that balance shortterm delivery with longterm strategic outcomes. Use customer feedback, market insights, and data analysis to shape strategic direction and investment decisions. Drive GotoMarket, Commercialization & Outcomes Lead go-to-market and postlaunch execution for product lines and major initiatives. Evangelize product vision and customer value through compelling storytelling with senior leaders and cross functional partners. Ensure teams are aligned on outcomes, execution approach, and success metrics. Ensure Financial & Operational Excellence Incorporate P&L, budgeting, and commercial considerations into product strategy and execution. Monitor and manage team budgets, resourcing plans, and operating costs. Ensure products across the portfolio are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high level of quality. Remove systemic roadblocks and drive scalable, efficient delivery practices across teams.
