This role is for a Director, Product Management, Colleague Experience within the Human Resources team, and can be located in New York or Boston.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management, digital experience, or platform leadership
  • Experience building end-to-end enterprise products or platforms
  • Track record delivering complex, cross-functional transformations
  • Experience working with HR technology, enterprise platforms, or internal tools
  • Strong executive communication and influence skills
  • Ability to align business, technology, and experience strategy
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Experience integrating AI or automation into workflows and a data-driven product development mindset

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end colleague experience by defining and delivering the digital product strategy for employee experiences across the lifecycle (join, onboard, develop, perform, move, support, exit)
  • Lead AI-enabled transformation by identifying opportunities for automation, agentic workflows, and AI copilots to remove friction for employees and managers
  • Build and scale products by owning roadmap, prioritization, and delivery across multiple experience domains and launching products globally across a complex enterprise environment
  • Drive cross-functional execution by partnering with HR, engineering, data, design, and operations leaders and influencing senior executives on strategy and investment decisions
