About The Position

We are seeking a Director, Product Design to lead UX and UI across Herbalife’s core digital platforms used by millions of distributors and customers globally. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for setting design vision, building internal design capability, and partnering closely with Product and Engineering to deliver intuitive, scalable digital experiences. This role will play a key part in re-establishing an internal product design capability following a period of external partnership, requiring strong foundational leadership as well as hands-on execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design, UX, or digital design
• 5+ years in a design leadership role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, scaled digital products
• Proven experience partnering with Product and Engineering leadership
• Deep understanding of UX, UI, and design systems
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Strong experience designing mobile-first and responsive digital experiences
• Hands-on familiarity with modern UX tools and workflows (Figma preferred), including design systems, prototyping, and developer handoff
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Define and own the UX and UI vision across Herbalife’s digital product ecosystem
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product designers and specialists
• Establish and maintain high standards for usability, accessibility, and visual quality
• Partner with Product Management to influence product strategy and roadmaps
• Lead mobile-first and responsive design strategies across both mobile and desktop platforms
• Guide teams across B2B and consumer-facing digital experiences, with a strong understanding of business-operating users
• Collaborate with Engineering leaders to ensure high-quality implementation
• Drive adoption and governance of the design system across platforms
• Guide complex design initiatives from discovery through delivery
• Build a strong, product-centered design culture focused on ownership and impact
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
