About The Position
The Product Delivery Director – Billing, Enrollment, Claims Management, Clinical & G&A role is accountable for the integrated delivery of the organization’s most mission‑critical operational and clinical foundations. This area oversees high‑volume, rule‑driven domains where accuracy, compliance, throughput, and cost efficiency are essential, ensuring financial, eligibility, claims, and clinical processes operate reliably at enterprise scale. Focus spans core billing, enrollment, claims, clinical product capabilities, supported by platforms such as PEGA, Azure, Java, MTV, Formworks, and EDI. Accountability includes driving accuracy and straight‑through processing, reducing operational cost and rework, and ensuring consistent, compliant execution.
