About The Position

Lead the creation and delivery of high-quality, hotel-facing assets that translate product value stories into clear, compelling, and actionable materials. This role operates as an internal creative function, ensuring consistent, brand-aligned execution across global product launches while partnering closely with Product Marketing & Adoption to bring go-to-market strategies to life for hotel audiences. Your Day to Day: Creative Asset Strategy & Delivery •Lead the end-to-end creation of hotel-facing creative assets, including videos, job aids, quick reference guides, presentations, posters, infographics, and overview materials. •Translate complex product concepts into clear, practical, and visually engaging materials that drive understanding and adoption at the hotel level. •Establish creative standards, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across products and regions. Agency, Vendor & Contractor Management •Serve as the primary owner of external creative agency relationships, including selection, briefing, contract management, and performance oversight. •Ensure agency outputs meet expectations for quality, timelines, budget, and brand alignment. •Balance internal production and external agency support to optimize speed, quality, and cost. Brand & Quality Governance •Ensure all creative outputs align with enterprise brand standards, tone, and visual identity. •Act as a quality gate for hotel-facing creative deliverables across Product & Technology initiatives. •Partner with Global Marketing and Brand teams to maintain alignment while tailoring execution for hotel audiences. What We Need From You: Cross-Functional Collaboration •Partner closely with Product Marketing & Adoption to execute approved go-to-market strategies through high-impact creative delivery. •Collaborate with Product Marketing, Enablement & Deployment teams to deliver fit-for-purpose materials. •Support regional teams with scalable assets that allow for localized adaptation and translations where required. Production Planning & Prioritization •Own creative production roadmaps and timelines aligned to product delivery and launch schedules. •Prioritize creative requests based on enterprise priorities, readiness needs, and adoption impact. •Establish intake, workflow, and review processes that enable predictable, high-quality delivery and capacity-management. Continuous Improvement & Innovation •Incorporate feedback from hotels, field teams, and stakeholders to continuously improve creative effectiveness. •Explore and pilot new creative formats and channels, including motion graphics, interactive content, and emerging media/AI-tools where they add value. •Track effectiveness of creative assets and refine approaches based on engagement and adoption outcomes. People & Budget Management •Lead, develop, and coach a small team of creative and communications professionals (both FTE & contractors) •Manage creative services budgets, including agency spend and production costs, ensuring strong ROI and fiscal discipline.
