The Role This role works closely with Account Executives, Retention Executives, and Managing Directors to win and retain our largest corporate and TEM (Tax Exempt Markets) clients in support of WI sales and client retention goals. As a Product & Service Consultant/Sales Product Consultant, you are responsible for project managing all aspects of the sales process from initial capabilities through proposals, prospect meetings and contract handoffs. PSCs help drive the strategy to position Fidelity’s products and services by assessing plan sponsor needs. This role relies heavily on your knowledge of Fidelity’s products and services and utilizing your network and relationship building skills to collaborate and work across multiple internal business partners and SMEs. The Team Our team within Workplace Investing (WI) Sales strives to win and retain WI clients through outstanding solutions while mitigating risk to the firm.
