About The Position

NBCUniversal is seeking a Director, Product and AI Solutions to join the Studio Technology Solutions organization within Universal Entertainment Technology. This role will lead the development and advancement of the product and AI solutions across the Studio Technology Solutions portfolio, defining roadmaps and priorities that enable technology solutions across the Studio businesses that we support.
The Director will partner closely with Universal Entertainment, Technical Operations, Enterprise AI and Enterprise Engineering to align on strategies, and connect Studio priorities to broader enterprise initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or technology strategy roles with 5+ years of management experience
• Proven experience developing portfolio-level product solutions and roadmaps across multiple teams
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML capabilities and experience identifying practical, high-value AI use cases
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders across a complex, matrixed organization
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, data, and business teams
• Strong understanding of product management best practices, including prioritization, roadmap planning, and KPI development
• Experience advancing product management maturity through frameworks, operating models, and team enablement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience preparing materials for executive audiences
• Self-starter with strong strategic thinking, execution discipline, and comfort working in ambiguous environments
• Experience managing or mentoring a small team

Responsibilities

• Define and advance the product roadmaps across the Studio Technology Solutions portfolio
• Advance product management maturity across the organization by defining and implementing consistent product frameworks, best practices, and operating models
• Lead portfolio-level roadmap development to create greater visibility, consistency, and alignment across products, platforms, and strategic initiatives
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities that improve business workflows, user experience, and operational efficiency
• Translate business needs, market trends, and emerging technologies into actionable product and innovation plans
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across product and engineering to shape and deliver strategic initiatives
• Drive roadmap planning by balancing business value, user needs, technical feasibility, and organizational readiness
• Help define success metrics, KPIs, and outcome-based measures for product and AI initiatives
• Monitor industry trends, competitive shifts, and emerging AI capabilities to inform strategic recommendations
• Create clear, executive-ready presentations, business cases, roadmaps, and decision materials
• Support the development of pilots, proofs of concept, and early-stage innovation efforts, including recommendations for scaling successful initiatives
• Ensure product and AI solutions align to enterprise standards for governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI adoption
• Manage and coach a small team, providing direction, prioritization, and development support
• Operate as a self-starter in a fast-moving environment, proactively identifying opportunities, gaps, risks, and dependencies
• Help drive adoption and change management for new products, capabilities, and AI-enabled ways of working
• Mentor and support product teams in building stronger product management discipline and more strategic, outcome-oriented ways of working
• Establish clear operating rhythms, stakeholder engagement models, and delivery accountability
