General Description: The Director of Pricing & Contracting is responsible for developing and leading strategic pricing recommendations that support enterprise objectives and ensure competitive market positioning. This role leads pricing and contract research, advanced analytics, and gross-to-net forecasting to inform data-driven pricing decisions and ensure alignment with reimbursement and access dynamics. The Director oversees provider contracting strategy, including engagements with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), integrated health systems, and government customers. Responsibilities include evaluating contract structures, assessing provider economics and Net Cost Recovery (NCR), and ensuring contracting approaches align with site-of-care, reimbursement, and policy considerations. Additionally, the Director develops and delivers executive-level pricing and contracting materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Board of Directors (BOD) meetings, clearly communicating pricing strategies, financial implications, and key decision considerations to senior leadership.
