The Director, Prepare Clinic provides leadership for the UCSF Prepare program across the health system, including integration of programs across UCSF’s Pediatric and Network facilities. The Director will have purview over the development and implementation of ongoing quality improvement through an array of regulatory compliance, policies and programs, funding/funds flow/productivity, training and technical assistance, data and information sharing, and partnerships and collaborations. The Director, Prepare Clinic will provide direct management to all Prepare staff across the enterprise, and collaborate with faculty physicians. The Director, Prepare Clinic will serve as a single point of contact, liaison, and expertise for matters specific to the Prepare Clinic. The Director, Prepare Clinic possesses the advanced education, knowledge, clinical skills, and experience necessary to diagnose and treat patients in their area of specialization. They demonstrate self-direction and accountability in the development of this role within the health system. The Director needs to engage in the alignment of practice oversight and workflows amongst all UCSF campuses. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $253,900 - $269,400 (Annual Rate).
