Responsibilities As the Director of Practice Management, you will be responsible for directly managing the Practice Managers and the Clinical Support Coordinators for Community Health Partners. Community Health Partners is affiliated with the Community Medical Centers' health system and a part of an extensive range of healthcare services to care for Central Valley families at every stage of life. In your role, you will set objectives and goals with business segments for each clinic office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration or related field required
  • Candidates who have 10 or more years of progressive experience within a physician practice will be allowed up to 6 years from date of hire to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration or related field. Must provide quarterly or semester based updates on classes being taken to ensure that degree will be completed within the approved timeframe
  • 5 years of progressive experience in managing or overseeing physician practices required
  • Experience utilizing EMR and practice management systems required
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (creating spreadsheets).
  • Experience pulling, understanding, and communicate outcomes of financial reports and P&L statements.
  • Mutli-site leadership experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Outpatient Clinic experience preferred
  • Experience with Epic and Tableau
  • CPPM - Certified Physician Practice Manager preferred

Responsibilities

  • Leads office managers in maintaining a high performing office as defined and measured by metrics developed by the leadership team in alignment with the strategic plan.
  • Works with Quality Assurance to build purposeful reports, analyze resulting data, identify inefficiencies and implement new procedures for improving our clinical and business service delivery and workflows.
  • Directly involved in providing oversight, direction, and access to resources in order to facilitate operations projects from inception through completion and ongoing monitoring.
  • Works closely with operations leadership and Practice Managers to ensure that business practices in our clinics and outpatient offices are structured in a way that support the success of our clinical services.
  • Responsible for ensuring that our clinic offices, and staff are being managed in compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.
  • Responsible for creating individual performance goals for each Practice Manager that is aligned to the strategic plan and annual objectives, based on the specific needs of the population of staff and patients at their location.
