  • Lead a multi-discipline organization spanning Deployment Engineering, Integration Support, Project Management, and IT/Network Support; build a culture of ownership, quality, and operational accountability.
  • Partner directly with Sales and customers to support pre-deployment planning, technical discovery, deployment approach, and customer readiness; serve as an executive escalation point for delivery and support.
  • Establish and enforce standardized deployment and support processes (runbooks, checklists, change control, release coordination, documentation standards) to improve predictability, repeatability, and quality.
  • Drive scalable operating practices for implementations across on-premises and cloud-hosted models, including environment standards, baseline configurations, hardening practices, and lifecycle maintenance.
  • Oversee integration delivery across OT/IoT systems commonly found in the built environment, ensuring reliable connectivity, data flow, and operational validation in customer environments.
  • Lead support operations for the platform post-deployment, ensuring timely issue resolution, accurate knowledge capture, clear escalation paths, and measurable service performance (e.g., SLA adherence, backlog health, root cause trends).
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Software Development, Security, and IT to align deployment architectures, operational requirements, defect remediation priorities, and customer-impacting change management.
