Director, Performance Analytics – Auto Liability Claims Overview The ABI and GL Claims Performance Analytics group is seeking a Director to lead claim insights and strategic analytics, with a primary focus on Auto Bodily Injury (ABI) claims. As a senior leader on the Claims Performance Analytics team, this role will manage a small team responsible for developing innovative analytical solutions, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights that drive business outcomes. This is a highly visible role within Claims and across business segment leadership. It requires deep expertise in technical analysis combined with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate insights to senior executives. Acting as a trusted analytic advisor, this leader will monitor and evaluate ABI trends across business segments and present findings to Auto line of business leadership. Success in this role depends on the ability to build strong partnerships with Actuarial and Product stakeholders by transforming claims data into meaningful, business‑driven insights. In partnership with the Transformation & Optimization Office (T&OO), this leader will also identify opportunities for improvement, contribute to initiative development, and support the implementation of innovative solutions that enhance claim performance and operational efficiency.
