Join the Alnylam Commercial Data and Analytics team and help build a product-driven engine that turns data-driven insights into deployed decisions with measurable business impact. As part of Customer Experience and Innovation, you will work cross-functionally with technical and business partners to accelerate commercial outcomes by standardizing what we build, how we build it, and how we deliver it through the tools and workflows business users rely on every day. As Director, Advanced Analytics, you will lead the Business Performance & Drivers and Patient Pull-Through & Outcomes Value Teams, and contribute as needed to additional prioritized Value Teams across the commercial organization, including Customer & Account Growth, Omnichannel & Media Optimization, and Evaluation & Learning. Value Teams collaborate fluidly to deliver and manage decision products that enable specific business outcomes, driving competitive foresight and actioning for the commercial organization through predictive and prescriptive analytics. In this role, you will lead advanced analytics as a portfolio of decision products and set the standard for product thinking across analytics delivery. You will combine deep business partnership with technical rigor to shape roadmaps, define success measures, and ensure analytics are adopted, measurable, and continuously improved. As a Director, you will also provide people leadership for a small team and serve as the primary point of contact for leadership alignment across the Value Teams whose delivery you lead. The position will be based in Cambridge, MA.
