About The Position
Drives enterprise-wide talent strategies to build a high-performance culture, strengthen leadership, and enhance employee engagement. This role oversees organizational development, learning programs, and HR systems to enable scalable growth and operational excellence. As a strategic partner to executive leadership, the Director aligns people initiatives with business goals and promotes innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Additionally, the position ensures effective employee relations and compliance with employment laws, reducing risk and safeguarding organizational integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; or one to two years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must possess a valid driver's license to allow travel to local CHP locations.
Nice To Haves
- Senior professional certification in human resource management preferred.
