About The Position
As a Director, People Partner at Conga, you’ll provide hands-on support to a globally dispersed employee group focused on internal customer experience and partnership for our Operations and Services teams. You’ll provide support and guidance on performance management, talent assessments, compensation benchmarking, annual compensation planning, etc. You’ll also lead and guide a small team of regional People Partners.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years in HR roles, holding responsibilities relating to performance management, career development, talent assessment, and HR operations.
- Experience in Workday is beneficial.
- Confident and deliberate communicator.
- Expert relationship builder and customer service enthusiast.
- Process Improvement Mindset.
- Leadership Experience.
- Willingness to travel (10% US and international).

- Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree is highly preferred.
