The Director, People Operations is a newly created role, serving as the execution engine of Mosaic's People & Culture function. Reporting to the SVP, People & Culture, this role is responsible for the operational infrastructure of HR, including benefits administration, L&D coordination, performance cycle management, compliance, vendor relationships, and developing scalable processes and documentation to support rapid acquisition growth. This position offers significant autonomy and is ideal for someone who thrives in a lean, high-growth environment and wants to build foundational HR systems from scratch alongside an experienced SVP, acting as the operational right hand to HR leadership.
