The Director, People Experience Operations & Transformation serves as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the VP, People Experience. This leader will shape and drive the transformation of our HR service delivery model, enabling a modern, scalable, and employee‑centric approach. This role is responsible for designing and optimizing business processes, advancing technology and AI‑enabled solutions, improving the employee experience, and ensuring effective, sustainable change management across the organization. The Director will influence cross‑functional partners, streamline complexity, and champion operational excellence while elevating how employees experience People programs and services. This is a hybrid position and will primarily be based in Cambridge, MA.
