How you will contribute A Director-Patient Experience who excels in this role: Demonstrates and ensures employee adherence to the Standards of Performance at all times. Performs patient rounding various shifts on a regular basis to validate performance of best practices. Works closely with Quality Management and the Patient Safety Officer on incidents with potential for quality of care and patient safety concerns. Assists with building coaching models, service excellence teams, and community advisory committees as necessary. Train and mentor employees in patient centered excellence, RELATE, and Standards of Performance. Formulates recommendations on development strategies for frontline staff and leadership teams. Actively supports patient experience goals by engaging employees and leaders in best practices and coaching for performance.

Requirements

  • Applicants should have a bachelor's degree.
  • Years of relevant experience may be substituted for required education.
  • Valid driver's license in State of Michigan
  • 5 years in health care setting

Nice To Haves

  • 4 years of supervisor experience (preferred)
