Responsible for promoting patient and family centered care by collaborating with key stakeholders, hospital administration, and Nursing and Quality leadership. This position develops and monitors a strategic plan for consulting and education for patient experience, leveraging evidence-based best practices. Additionally, this role identifies organizational opportunities for delivering a superior patient experience based on customer feedback, proactive consultation, experience survey results, and analysis of patient survey comments. In addition, this position serves as the entity champion for HCAHPs, OAS-CAHPS, and Outpatient surveys within the acute care setting. This role contributes to the overall improvement of patient experience across the organization.
