About The Position

Overview: Full-Time; Salaried management position; Bonus eligible Hybrid work environment - minimum 3 days per week in office Job Description Summary: Oversees financial processes and operations to optimize revenue generation and ensure compliance with regulations. Job Description: Essential Functions: Develops and implements revenue cycle policies and procedures. Oversees the revenue cycle team and ensures that they are meeting performance goals. Analyzes revenue cycle data and identifies areas for improvement. Collaborates with other departments to ensure that revenue cycle processes are integrated with other organizational processes. Ensures that the organization is in compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to revenue cycle management. Develops and manages the revenue cycle budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, required.
• Five years management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, with proven ability to recruit, train, motivate and counsel staff, required.
• Customer focused and dedicated to achieving best outcomes for patients and families as well as internal customers.

Nice To Haves

• MBA or MHA, preferred.
• EPIC revenue cycle experience, preferred.
