About The Position

Our PayPal, Venmo, and Xoom products also make it safer and simpler for friends and family to transfer funds to each other. We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade. Job Summary: This job will lead complex projects and participate in problem resolution, driving global process improvements. You will manage key partnerships, ensuring retention and growth, and contribute to the development of partnership strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10 years+ work experience in Sales and Solution selling
  • Experience with Team management
  • Commercial acumen to lead CEO-level negotiation.
  • Understanding of technical requirements for Solution selling

Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years of professional experience within Payments, e-Commerce, FinTech, or a platform-based ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated executive leadership in digital payments, driving market share through strategic partnerships and product management.
  • Deep specialization in Payments, eCommerce, loyalty, and complex go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven ability to architect and scale product-led partnerships that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills, with a track record of securing funding and C-level commitment for multi-year strategic initiatives.
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • Expertise in next-generation payment systems, including BNPL/installments, subscriptions, stablecoins, and complex multi-seller marketplace infrastructures.
  • Experience leading global expansion and managing initiatives across multiple geographies
