Adobe is looking for a candidate with strong executive leadership who can build a high-performing partner sales ecosystem that delivers successful outcomes aligned with Adobe's Americas Solution-Led and Select Markets business strategy! The candidate will drive strategic relationships across the Americas sales organization and its partner ecosystem, focus attention on joint solutions and GTMs, and accelerate new business and develop new strategies across the expanding Adobe cross-cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate exhibits strong leadership and relationship acumen across executive leadership teams and internal partners, a capacity to strengthen current business while driving new market opportunities; the ability to lead a team of Partner Sales Managers (PSM) to support and grow the Americas Solution-Led and Select Markets business which covers America's Solution-led, Public Sector, and Latin America.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnership roles
  • Solid reputation as a leader with vision and solid communicator of business value
  • Proven track record of leading activities related to establishing and growing business
  • Savvy for managing a team of partner sales managers
  • Based in North America, San Jose preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a joint sales/partner strategy and business plan with the Americas sales executive team that includes initiatives in support of Adobe's strategic GTM and demonstrating the scale and expertise of Adobe's diverse partner ecosystem.
  • Develop the overall vision, strategy, and execution plan for the partner ecosystem to drive growth
  • Prepare and drive programs for originating and progressing opportunities, including igniting growth amongst Adobe's Greenfield space
  • Drive development of joint solutions to drive customer value and enhance Adobe's position in the marketplace
  • Develop and foster deep executive relationships with the partner ecosystem and align those relationships with executive leadership at Adobe
  • Develop strategy and drive business plans for Adobe and its partner ecosystem by establishing strong processes and governance
  • Drive Adobe/Partner Balanced Scorecard Key Performance Indicators (partner created pipeline, bookings, practice growth, customer success, to name a few) through reporting and strong governance of our partnerships
  • Drive field engagement models to optimize for both market share and revenue generation with high leverage of resources
  • Own the partner experience and drive operational excellence
  • Generate mutually beneficial opportunities as well as operate in the whitespace issues
