The Director Participant Engagement leads a field team of office staff, advisers and/or counselors focused on supporting employees of Empower’s clients prepare for a successful retirement by helping them to replace the income they earned while working. This is done through developing and executing upon goals that align to a growth and marketing strategy that maximizes plan participation, assets and the use of Empower Advisory Services and products in an assigned geographic area. This role has full responsibility for all regional office administrative staff, Retirement Plan Advisors and Retirement Plan Counselors; including: recruitment, training, coaching, development, performance management, and expense management. Extensive relationship building and navigation of prospective accounts is a key aspect of the role. This Director will manage teams in VA, PA, MD and TN.
