CLASS SUMMARY: Responsible for CVG Airport and the integrated ground transportation ecosystem including but not limited to; self-park, premium/valet, employee parking, shuttles, taxis, TNC/rideshare, peer-to-peer car sharing, and off-airport operators. Reports to and partners with the Vice President of Commercial Management to execute enterprise strategies. Owns the Parking & Ground Transportation P&L, delivers measurable revenue growth, operational excellence, and a customer-first experience. Presents performance insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Positions CVG Airport as a differentiator among airports through technology adoption, premium products, and strategic partnerships. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Directs, delegates and reviews assigned work. Provides coaching, counseling and staff development. Evaluates performance and applies organizational policies and procedures. Owns the P&L for Parking & Ground Transportation; sets and delivers annual/multi-year revenue targets; presents insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Leads end-to-end implementation of new projects including preparing and presenting the business case, RPF/procurement process, integration, change management, establishing governance, controls, and KPI's. Partners with Planning & Development to design and deliver new entry/exit plazas, capacity expansions, lot construction/repairs, ADA/EV enhancements; prioritizes capital by ROI, lifecycle, capacity, and customer impact; delivers on time/on budget/compliant. Champions a customer-first strategy with measurable KPIs, drives continuous improvement and service recovery across digital and various physical touchpoints. Structures and manages performance-based contracts and SLA's with operators/vendors; leads procurement strategy and execution for operations and technology; ensures auditability, PCI compliance, and controls integrity. Leads governance of Commercial Vehicle Management System (CVMS) and PRCS; uses analytics to optimize permits, compliance, pricing, and demand forecasting. Develops and manages contractual structures, monitors compliance, and maintains strategic stakeholder partnerships. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to enhance digital pre-book, wayfinding, and product differentiation (premium/valet, loyalty, ancillary). Responsible for all contract management activities as documented in KCAB Policy 1014, Contract Management. As the subject matter expert, responsible for all key aspects of contract management ensuring KCAB’s interests are represented in any business activities regarding the agreement. Prepares and monitors the department budget. Specifies and purchases equipment as necessary. Prepares and develops documents relating to department goals, policies and future needs.
