In alignment with system and marketing strategic goals and objectives, leads the development, execution, and optimization of integrated media strategies that advance Sutter Health’s brand, improve consideration, and drive measurable performance outcomes across priority markets, audiences, and service lines. Accountable for translating marketing and business objectives into full-funnel media plans across paid media channels, ensuring the right investment strategy, targeting approach and measurement framework to maximize impact and efficiency. Partners closely with marketing and external agency teams to ensure media plans are aligned to strategic intent, reflect customer-first insights, and drive continuous improvement through experimentation, optimization, and modern measurement practices. Strengthens media capabilities through disciplined planning processes, data-driven decision making, and adoption of new tools and innovations.
