About The Position

The Director, Outpatient, is responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial oversight of multiple outpatient rehabilitation clinics. This ensures consistent, high-quality care delivery, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient experience across all sites. The Director serves on the Restorative Care Leadership Team and plays a critical role in outpatient growth, access, and system integration.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of management experience in outpatient rehabilitation or ambulatory healthcare settings.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing multi-site operations and licensed outpatient clinics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, rehabilitation, business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of outpatient clinic operations, access management, and patient flow optimization.
• Knowledge of regulatory, licensing, and accreditation requirements for outpatient healthcare settings.
• Proven leadership in staff development, operational scaling, and performance improvement.
• Financial acumen related to clinic budgeting, productivity, and sustainability.
• Ability to lead across licensed entities while ensuring consistency in care standards and patient experience.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric outpatient rehabilitation leadership experience.
• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related discipline.
