About The Position

O’Neill Healthcare Bay Village is searching for a Director of Rehabilitation Services to join our in-house therapy team to oversee a program in a skilled nursing setting. Candidates should possess a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist Ohio license and have a working knowledge of PDPM, insurance reimbursement, and Medicare regulations regarding documentation and billing. Applicants should also have effective communication and organizational skills. Previous management experience preferred. Requirements
