About The Position

The Director, Organizational Development is responsible for leading the Organizational Development team in support of the enterprise. The OD team is a function designed to proactively provide support to senior leaders and executives through team and organizational assessment, interventions and executive coaching. Reporting to the AVP of People Solutions & Strategy, this role is essential in building and implementing strategies across the organization. This includes building and collaboratively implementing a 1–3-year OD strategy designed to improve organizational effectiveness, empowering OD team members to execute and deliver on the 1-3 year strategy in daily operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in training, education, business management, human resources or organizational development.
  • 10+ years of progressive, HR, organizational development, or talent management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing teams or functions.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing OD strategies that drive organizational performance and cultural alignment.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale change initiatives and team/organizational effectiveness programming.
  • Demonstrated capability in leveraging data analytics and HR technologies to inform organizational development strategies and organizational outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources or Organizational Development.
  • SHRM-SCP/SPHR/ODCC or equivalent certification.
  • Coaching certification(s).
  • PROSCI certification.
  • Enneagram certification.
  • Experience in healthcare, academic medicine, or similarly complex, matrixed environments.
