The Project Office is critical to support Ensembles growth through flexible but structured Portfolio Project Management (PPM) best practices. The Director, Project Management will oversee all aspects of a portfolio of projects with a focus on client, strategic and/or technology implementations. The responsibilities include leading a team of project managers who successfully implement projects on-time, within budget and with the highest quality. Key activities include establishing a clear charter/scope, project plans with deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and reporting accurate project health and progress. The role includes coordinating across departments to promote a collaborative approach to delivery for successful outcomes. Successful projects will ensure that deliverables are on-time and fall within the applicable scope and budget. The Director, Project Management will rely on his/her experience and judgment to plan and accomplish projects. The Director, Project Management will lead and direct the work of others, accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. The Director , Operations Readiness will be responsible for designing/enhancing, implementing, and overseeing the projects, team and governance framework that ensures consistency, efficiency, and compliance across the organization to drive operational excellence and drive consistent client performance. This role requires close collaboration with IT, Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams to align processes, systems, AI and controls with strategic objectives . The Director will serve as a key leader in driving operational excellence, risk management, and cross-functional integration.
