We are seeking a digital leader to build and operationalize the foundation for omnichannel marketing and customer engagement at CG Oncology. This role sits within Enterprise Analytics & Operations and will serve as the bridge between data, marketing, and IT to enable integrated, data-driven engagement across all customer touchpoints. The Director, Omnichannel Execution & Enablement (DOEE) will be responsible for establishing the systems, workflows, and cross-functional processes required to deliver compliant, scalable, and insight-led engagement for both HCP and patient audiences. The ideal candidate brings blends hands-on technical execution experience with sufficient marketing fluency to partner effectively with marketing colleagues, helping to translate strategy into executable omnichannel plans. This is a build-and-do role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys creating new capability, and can roll up their sleeves to get programs live while also shaping the long-term operating model. What Success Looks Like A fully operational omnichannel execution engine that connects brand content, CRM, and data. Campaigns launched and optimized through an integrated, compliant workflow. Marketing and Sales teams able to deliver personalized, insight-driven engagement at scale. A foundation in place for the next phase of marketing capability building.
