About The Position

Reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Marketing, this role will be responsible for omnichannel campaign planning, operations and optimization, predominantly focused on Kiniksa’s first commercial product, ARCALYST® (rilonacept), as well as select corporate initiatives. The successful candidate will leverage their deep understanding of digital marketing, media, analytics, and operations to increase the impact of customer engagement for HCPs and patients. This ideal candidate will work in close partnership with brand marketers, commercial operations, IT, and other cross-functional teams to drive meaningful results. They will possess a ‘roll up your sleeves, get things done’ mindset and recognize the opportunity for growth within a young and growing company, coming in laser-focused on in-role execution to capitalize on that opportunity. Our office-based employees work on an onsite schedule of four days onsite (Monday - Thursday) and one day remote in Lexington, MA. While we prioritize in-person teamwork, remote options will be considered for highly qualified individuals who can maintain strong engagement and collaboration in a virtual environment.

Requirements

  • Requires a BS degree (MBA or advanced degree is preferred) with 10+ years of experience in a digital marketing, omnichannel marketing or operations role. Experience in life sciences or healthcare industry preferred.
  • Proven track record planning and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns to achieve superior results, demonstrating data-driven strategic thinking, experimentation, customer centricity, and operational excellence.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, paid media), user experience (UX), and digital performance measurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects to completion
  • Solution-oriented, strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, sufficient to multitask in an extremely fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Plan development of campaign journeys for target segments in partnership with brand marketing, defining all data and capability requirements and ensuring execution feasibility.
  • Leverage in-depth understanding of customer behaviors, needs, and preferences to inform and refine engagement plan, including audience development, targeting, channel selection and campaign orchestration.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as persona development, segmentation, and patient services strategies to enable personalized engagement at scale.
  • Define, document, and implement operational best practices for tactic development through owned channels (e.g. web, email), cross-channel campaign management, and all associated capabilities required for successful campaign execution.
  • Own day-to-day operations for owned channels, including maintaining a content calendar, to ensure visibility and coordination of all HCP and Patient activities.
  • Coordinate seamless execution of omnichannel programs, working closely with cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate with creative/media agencies and brand marketers to ensure coordination of content development and internal capabilities for campaign delivery.
  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the impact of digital channels and omnichannel initiatives for HCP and patient campaigns.
  • Establish a learning agenda to continuously test, optimize, and iterate on campaign performance and channel effectiveness.
  • Ensure continuous monitoring and optimization of digital channels, media spend / media channel mix, and omnichannel campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Partner with Commercial Operations and IT to build and maintain reporting dashboards that enable real-time / near-time tracking of channel and campaign performance.
