We are seeking a Director of OhioRISE! Southeast Ohio Region Join our team! Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. Our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual. The Director of OhioRISE leads a high-impact program and is responsible for the overall strategy and performance of OhioRISE care coordination within Catchment areas H & I. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, family-centered OhioRISE care coordination services for youth with complex behavioral health needs. Region H consists of the following counties in Ohio: Athens, Fayette, Gallia, Jackson, Highland, Hocking, Meigs, Pickaway, Pike, Ross, and Vinton Region I consists of the following counties in Ohio: Coshocton, Fairfield, Guernsey, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Perry, and Washington The pay range for this position is $118,732.00-$145,798.36 annually, based on experience. Essential Functions: Provides strategic, programmatic, and financial leadership for the Care Management Entity (CME) to provide high-quality OhioRISE care coordination services Establishes the vision and strategic direction for the Care Management Entity (CME), aligning operations with priorities and ensuring sustainable, high-quality care coordination services Provides oversight of overall CME performance, ensuring accountability, strong team member engagement, and alignment with performance expectations Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of care coordination services to ensure fidelity, quality outcomes, and compliance with agency and program standards. Ensures the fiscal performance of the CME, including budgeting, resource allocation, and financial oversight to ensure efficiency, sustainability, and responsible stewardship of funds Partners with the finance department to establish operational forecasting for financial modeling of the program Ensures strong partnerships with OhioRISE system partners, including oversight of community and stakeholder engagement strategies Represents ISBH in community meetings and with state-level OhioRISE partners Leads the CME Quality Improvement Plan to monitor performance and drive quality improvement initiatives Travels throughout the catchment areas and ISBH service areas All other duties as assigned
