This role requires a proactive leader with strong managerial experience, capable of driving innovation, managing key stakeholder relationships, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The Director will champion new approaches to workforce management, labor optimization, and operational efficiency, while communicating impact to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in workforce strategy, operations, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to launch and scale workforce initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and change management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret and apply workforce analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Align Workforce Management programs to key business initiatives and priorities with sector leadership.
  • Initiate and lead strategic workforce projects from concept through execution.
  • Foster collaboration, talent development, and strategic alignment across workforce strategy and supporting teams to drive enterprise goals.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across workforce operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of workforce initiatives.
  • Use data insights to identify key strategic opportunities that drive impact with labor savings and process improvement.
  • Pilot new tools, applications, and processes, and evaluate them for viability and scalability.
  • Communicate initiative progress and impact to senior leadership and stakeholders.
