About The Position

Camellia Place, located in Woodstock, Georgia, is seeking a clinically proficient and compassionate leader to oversee health services within our senior living community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong balance of clinical expertise and leadership skills, demonstrating a clear dedication to resident care and a commitment to fostering team development. While we prefer candidates who are Registered Nurses (RNs), experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with proven leadership abilities will also be considered, provided they meet state regulatory requirements. This position is ideally suited for a nurse leader who embraces accountability for clinical outcomes, demonstrates unwavering integrity, prioritizes resident safety, and recognizes that a positive, supportive culture is fundamental to everything we do. Requirements

  • Active RN or LPN license in good standing (state-specific requirements apply)
  • Previous leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care preferred
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and clinical operations
  • Experience supervising and coaching clinical team members
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead with accountability and professionalism

  • Multi-state experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all clinical services and resident care operations
  • Ensure compliance with state-specific regulations and company policies
  • Lead Health Services Evaluations (HSEs) and service planning
  • Monitor quality indicators, incident trends, and change-of-condition processes
  • Supervise and develop LPNs, CNAs, Med Techs, and caregivers
  • Manage medication systems, pharmacy partnerships, and documentation standards
  • Support family communication and care conferences
  • Prepare for and participate in regulatory surveys and quality audits
  • Drive a culture of safety, integrity, and clinical excellence
